Kids Gymnastics
Our program is specifically designed to introduce young children to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and engaging environment. Children are introduced to each piece of gymnastics apparatus as they are taught introductory gymnastics skills and body positions that help develop coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. This program also helps practice social skills by working with a group, following instructions, and builds self-esteem, all from the fundamentals of gymnastics.
