Founders

Lake Side Fit & Wellness Started out back in 2019 as a group fitness studio which was Lacey’s dream to own. The studio grew quickly and we added on a 24 hour gym in February of 2020 one month before Covid shut us down. During the shutdown we were able to keep afloat and move to a larger location and from there when we opened back up in September we continued to offer more services and grow. Now 2025 we have moved into our new building that is over 6,700 sq ft equipped with 2 shower rooms, infrared sauna, stand up tanning,  group fitness classes, personal training, and kids gymnastics classes.  We offer all the equipment you need to guide you on your journey.

Brandon Wilson

Instructor/Trainer

With over a decade of experience in personal training, I bring a passion for helping clients of all backgrounds achieve their fitness goals. I began my career in 2010 while serving in the Marine Corps, where I developed a deep understanding of discipline, functional training, and the importance of customized fitness programs.

I specialize in golf fitness, focusing on strength, mobility, and stability to improve performance on the course. However, my expertise extends to working with diverse clients, including teen athletes striving to excel in sports and elderly individuals recovering from surgery. My goal is to create tailored programs that prioritize safety, progress, and long-term results.

Whether you’re looking to enhance your athletic performance, recover from injury, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Rosaida Wilson

Instructor

With a rich background in competitive dance, I have had the privilege of winning State and National titles, which fueled my dedication to the art of movement. My journey led me to work with several esteemed dance companies and opened doors to choreograph for college-level programs.

My passion extends beyond choreography to fostering mindfulness and intentionality in every aspect of fitness and movement. I aim to help individuals connect with their bodies, embrace their unique strengths, and move with purpose. Whether you’re seeking to improve physical fitness or cultivate a deeper sense of balance, I’m here to guide you on your journey.
